海外渡航／Travelling abrord

海外渡航する場合（一時帰国、旅行、学会出席等）は、 外国人留学生一時離日届を教務係へ提出してください。
※外国人留学生一時離日届の提出には指導教員の承諾が必要になります。

If you plan to go abroad temporarily (e.g., returning to your home country, traveling, or attending academic conferences), you are required to submit the “Notice of Temporary Leave for International Students” (一時離日届) via the Google Form.

Please make sure to obtain your supervisor’s consent in advance before submitting the form.
