鏡 慎吾准教授、橋本浩一教授が 18th IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR 2019) にて Best Paper Honorable Mention Award を受賞

鏡 慎吾准教授、橋本浩一教授が 18th IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR 2019) にて Best Paper Honorable Mention Award を受賞しました。

 

ISMAR は拡張現実感・複合現実感に関する世界最高峰の国際会議で、ISMAR 2019 では 163 件の投稿のうち50件が口頭発表に採択され (採択率 30.6%)、そのうち 14 件が論文誌 IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG) に同時掲載されました(採択率 8.6%)。

 

受賞論文「Animated Stickies: Fast Video Projection Mapping onto a Markerless Plane through a Direct Closed-Loop Alignment」は TVCG 掲載論文の 1 つで、表彰委員会による審査を経て Best Paper 1 件に次ぐ第 2 位の論文 1 件として選ばれたものです。
