当ユニットでは、博士学生・ポスドクのキャリアサポートを行っております。

この度、博士人材育成コンソーシアム主催
「13大学合同！博士向け企業合同説明会2025」の開催が決りましたのでお知らせいたします。
博士採用に積極的な企業・研究機関が参加し、
各社、各業界の”博士採用のニーズ”をオンライン知ることができる年に1度の機会です。

　　　　 2日目：2025年7月11日（金）13:00～17:00
【参加費】無料
【形式】オンライン（oVice）
【対象】PhDC登録のDC、PD
　　　　　*本イベント申込には東北大学PhDCインフォメーションサービス等の登録が必須です

【内容】
博士人材の採用に意欲的な企業・研究機関が集結し、大規模説明会を開催します。
意中の企業が博士人材としての皆さんに何を期待しているのか知り、
なかなか巡り合えない採用ニーズとの「思わぬ出会い」を見つけましょう！
 

【プログラム】
フェーズⅠ
　6/25 ～
　特設プラットフォームにて、参加企業の基本情報、資料等を確認し、当日交流したい企業を指定
フェーズⅡ
　7/10・7/11
　oVice 内に設置した企業ブースに訪問
　訪問先指定のローテーション制です
　指定ローテーションは、学生・企業双方の希望を加味し設定されます
フェーズⅢ
　交流会後～ 7/25
　特設プラットフォームのメッセージ機能に、参加企業からメッセージが届く場合があり
　さらに、参加企業から全博士学生に定期的な情報配信を実施

PhaseⅠ
　6/25 ～
　You will review information on participating companies and materials on a dedicated platform and submit your preferences for companies you would like to visit on the day of the event.

PhaseⅡ
　7/10・7/11
　You visit the corporate space online
　*Exchange sessions will be assigned to in advance, and no other visits will be allowed.
　(Excluding free session time)
　Rotation of exchange sessions will be determined based on you and company's requests.

PhaseⅢ
　After the event～ 7/25
　Messages from companies may be sent to you in the message function of the special platform.
　In addition, there is regular distribution of information from the companies to all participants.
