東北大学生協では、国際サポートセンターと連携し、民間アパートへの引っ越しを検討中の留学生向けにハウジングサポートを行っています。

東北大学生協は、東北大生向け物件を専門に取り扱っており、物件の紹介、物件の内覧手配・同行、電気・ガス・水道等ライフラインの開設、賃貸借契約締結の支援、引っ越し業者のご紹介などの様々なサポートを提供しています。

国際サポートセンターでは、留学生向けのアパート契約説明会を年2回開催しています。

説明会では、アパート探しにおける注意点や、アパートを借りるまでの流れなど、初めて日本でアパートを借りる留学生に役立つ情報をたくさん紹介しています。

The Tohoku University Co-op and International Support Center jointly provide housing support to international students who plan to move into private apartments.

The Co-op handles apartments for Tohoku University students. In addition to providing information on apartments, they can schedule and accompany student visits to apartments, assist with setting up utilities such as electricity/gas/water/etc., 

Consult on lease contracts, and help students find a moving company.

It also offers a special temporary service, as described below, specifically for international students who are moving out of university housing.

Twice each year the International Support Center holds seminars on renting apartments.

At the seminars, international students can learn all kinds of useful information for renting their first apartment in Japan, such as things to watch out for when apartment hunting and the overall rental process.
