The following is a brief summary of the guideline.
Eligibility
NIFS requires, broadly speaking:
- You will newly come Japan from abroad by October, 2024.
- Relevant educational background according to whether you will apply 5 years Master's and Doctor's course, or 3 years Doctor's course.
- 2.3 or higher evaluation point average of your latest degree program.
- Sufficient English language proficiency.

Procedure
- Step 1
- Find the candidate of your prospective supervisor among the faculty member in the field of your interest.
- Step 2
- Contact directly to the candidate of your prospective supervisor via e-mail and request the consent of acceptance.

Fill out the application form and upload files.
